Sometimes, there would be variants for parts even with same part number, so the communication before order is very important to ensure the correctness.
We usually supply good quantity spare parts to our customer. Even so, there are still problems appear, it would occur during transportation or there are indeed defects on the spare parts itself. We got certain policy to solve these problems, it is necessary to protect our customers' interest.
(1). If the damage is caused during transportation, we will help the customer to negotiate with shipping agent about compensation problems. Actually, we indeed have come across such problems before. Of course, the customer should provide us corresponding evidence during the process, such as broken parts photos, damaged packages photos and so on.
(2). If the problems come from the spare parts itself, the customer should tell us the problematic detail when it works on machine. If it does not work because of wrong adjustments or fittings, we will give certain technical support. If the problems are proved to be the part itself, we will change a new one, and bear all the cost to customer.
